Robert Porter Mould was born in Waggon Row, Washington, Co. Durham, England and christened at Washington Holy Trinity on 7 April 1822, the eighth child of William Mould and Ann Porter.

 

Robert Porter married Susannah Revell (christened 19 March 1820 at St Peter & St Paul’s, Church, Longhoughton, Northumberland, the daughter of John Revell and Ann Elder) in 1849 at St Andrew’s, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

 

Robert Porter, a joiner, and Susannah were the parents of:

 

·              Ann Mould born 24 July 1850 in Gateshead and christened 4 December 1850 at St Mary’s, Gateshead married Thomas Harcus in 1875 at St Andrew’s, Newcastle Upon Tyne. Ann and Thomas had one son:

 

·              Thomas Revell Harcus born in North Shields, Tynemouth in 1876.

 

Thomas Harcus and his son died prior to the 1881 Census;

 

·              William Mould born 29 November 1851 in North Shields and christened at Christ Church, Tynemouth on 4 December 1851 died in December 1851;

 

·              William Revell Mould born 31 October 1852 in North Shields and christened at Christ Church, Tynemouth on 25 November 1852 married Frances Kemp in 1876 in Tynemouth. William Revell, a gas rental clerk then licensed victualler and music hall proprietor, and Frances were the parents of:

 

·              Susannah Revell Mould born 15 September 1876 in North Shields;

·              Thomas Harcus Mould born 20 December 1877 in North Shields;

·              Elizabeth Mould born 25 September 1880 in North Shields died prior to the 1881 Census;

·              Elizabeth Mould born 27 October 1881 in North Shields;

·              Frederick William Mould born in 1883 in North Shields;

·              Amelia Elizabeth Nesbit Mould born in 1884 in North Shields;

·              Sarah Mould born about 1885 in North Shields;

·              Jean Hannah Harkmas Mould born about 1887 in North Shields;

·              Amy Isabella Mould born in 1890 in North Shields;

·              William Harold Mould born about 1891 in North Shields;

·              Edith Mary Mould born in 1892 in North Shields;

·              Louisa Turner Mould born and died in 1897 in North Shields;

·              Louisa Turner Mould born in 1900 in North Shields; and

·              Marcus Douglas Mould born in 1904 in North Shields.

 

·              Nicholas Revell Mould born on 19 February 1856 in North Shields and christened at Christ Church, Tynemouth 9 April 1856 died in 1863 and was buried on 26 April 1863 at Preston Cemetery, aged 7 years;

 

·              Robert Porter Mould born on 5 July 1857 in North Shields and christened at Christ Church, Tynemouth 29 July 1857 died in 1858 and is buried at Preston Cemetery;

 

·              Elizabeth Mould born about 1859 in Chirton, Tynemouth; and

 

·              Benjamin Porter Mould born on 20 October 1860 in Chirton, Tynemouth married Annie Todd on 27 June 1882 in Tynemouth. Benjamin, an engineer, and Annie were the parents of:

 

·              Annie Harens Mould born on 12 September 1882 at North Shields and christened at Christ Church, Tynemouth on 6 June 1883 married George Robert Cook on 3 June 1907 in North Shields;

·              Robert Porter Mould born in 1886 at North Shields;

·              Esther Gertrude Mould born in 1891 at North Shields;

·              Edith Mould born in 1893 at North Shields married William Cook; and

·              George William W Mould born in 1895 at North Shields.

 

Robert Porter Mould died in North Shields, Tynemouth in 1869, aged 48 years.
